Sales Terms
There are no minimum order requirements
All orders received by 3:00 p.m. EST will be shipped same day based on product availability. Add-on orders will be considered new orders and processed accordingly. Wiredforwireless is not responsible for typographical errors or erroneous data in web publications. Wiredforwireless can substitute any backordered item with comparable item of equal or greater value. Backorders are shipped automatically. Please inform us, in advance, if you wish to cancel.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at time of shipment will be applied.
Order Cancellation
We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button), until your Product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product, please review our return policy.
Return Policy
All returns require a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories. Return Authorizations (RA’s) are valid for ten (10) calendar days from the date of issuance. Please make sure to account for in-transit time for returns, as we must physically receive product(s) within the ten (10) calendar days. RA’s must be clearly visible on the outside of carton and all items must be securely protected in double packaging. Product must be returned prepaid. However, replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the Purchaser.
Any item that is returned without a valid RA is considered an Unauthorized Return. We will refuse delivery on any boxes without a valid, clearly visible RMA number. Unauthorized returns are any product: 1) received without a valid RA number, including shipments refused by customer, 2) received later than ten (10) calendar days from the RA date or 3) in a condition unsuitable for resale (excludes defective products). We will return unauthorized product back to the purchaser, and will charge the Purchaser a $75 processing fee per shipment plus related freight charges. If Purchaser refuses the shipment or returns it the second (2nd) time without prior authorization, Purchaser agrees to relinquish all right and title to and waives all claims against Wiredforwireless for credit related to such product(s).
Credit for your purchase will be received only if it meets the criteria stated above. We do not offer merchandise exchanges. We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds usually post to the credit card within 72 hours after processing the return. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
Damaged Product Returns
If the product is delivered damage, the purchaser must notify Wiredforwireless and request a RA within three (3) business days of receipt of product. Failure to notify Wiredforwireless and request a RA within this time shall be deemed an acceptance of product as of the date of the shipment.
Defective parts can be returned to shipper within 30 days. After 30 days, they must be sent to manufacturer, according to their specific warranty allowances. Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return.
Returns will not be accepted thirty (30) days after sale. No Exceptions. Items that exhibit signs of misuse or abuse are not eligible for returns.
Restocking Fees
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A 15% missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
Shipping
All orders over $50 ship via UPS ground, free of charge, in the continental USA . Any other method selected or if the destination is outside of the continental USA, appropriate charges will apply.
Tracking information is provided the next business day.
Shipping/Price discrepancies must be reported within three (3) days of receipt of order.
In-stock items are usually shipped within 1 business day from the time the order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx and actual delivery time will vary according to your Zone. In most cases, ground averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks. We will contact you if items are backordered or if an item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations. Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.
Our website is designed to accept only one shipping address per order. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Warranty
All products sold by Wiredforwireless.com is sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer's limited warranty. Please read all warranty material carefully as the warranty period, service and transferability varies by manufacturer and product
Wiredforwireless does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Florida! If you order within the state of Florida, you will be charged an additional 6.0% for sales tax.
